About Us

    Neil Kulkarni is a sophomore at Wilcox High School, and currently ranked within the top 100 for his age group in the United States and top 15 for the online rapid and blitz categories for juniors. ChessBridge Foundation was founded by Neil during his freshmen year in highschool with a vision to harness the power of chess to transform lives. Inspired by his passion for both chess and community service, Neil recognized the potential of chess to foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and social connections. With this vision, he created ChessBridge Foundation to offer free after-school chess clubs and weekend workshops for youth, vibrant social activities for seniors, and engaging chess programs for children in hospitals. Today, ChessBridge Foundation continues to grow, impacting communities by providing access to high-quality chess education and creating a supportive environment for personal growth and development as well as just having fun.
